However, failure to communicate any delays or setbacks while en route will result in a mandatory late fee added to your balance. After 30 minutes, a $15 fee is applied for every 5 minutes late. If more than 15 minutes late with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and card will be charged for the no show fee.
